摘  要:探究在前列腺癌的穿刺诊断过程中,柔性针在进针时对人体前列腺所造成的损伤。首先,建立柔性针的悬臂梁模型,利用有限元方法对柔性针和前列腺所构成的耦合模型进行求解;然后,在Abaqus有限元软件中对前列腺穿刺过程进行数值模拟与分析,探究穿刺活检针的倾角、直径和速度在穿刺时对前列腺的影响;最后,通过引入损伤指数对患者穿刺部位进行评估。实验结果表明:通过有限元软件能够模拟前列腺穿刺手术的整体过程及状态;柔性针直径越大,前列腺软组织的损伤越严重;柔性针的针尖尖端越锋利,前列腺软组织穿刺时组织损伤越小;在穿刺时穿刺速度对组织损伤也存在一定的影响。研究可为医生的术前规划提供一定的理论支持。In the process of puncture diagnosis of prostate cancer,the damage caused by various parameters of flexible needle to human prostate during needle puncture is studied.Firstly,by establishing the cantilever beam model of the flexible needle,the coupling model composed of the flexible needle and the prostate is solved through the finite element method.Then,in the Abaqus finite element software,numerical simulation and analysis are made during the prostate puncture process.The effects of inclination,diameter and speed of biopsy needle on prostate during puncture are studied.Finally,by introducing the damage index,the patient puncture site can be assessed.The results show that the overall process and state of prostate puncture can be simulated through finite element software.The large the diameter of the flexible needle,the higher the damage tothe prostate soft tissue;the sharper the tip of the flexible needle,the less the damage tothe prostate soft tissue;the puncture speed also has some impact on soft tissue damage.This research work can provide effective theoretical support for the doctor s preoperative planning.
