摘  要:针对当前桥梁服役环境复杂、受冲刷影响大和防护成本高等问题,基于Flow-3D软件的水动力学分析对圆柱形桥墩局部冲刷安全防护方法进行数值模拟研究。参考Melville经典水槽实验,利用标准k—ε湍流模型和大涡湍流模型求解圆柱形桥墩墩周水流流态与河床局部冲刷形态变化,并进一步运用大涡湍流模型,考虑牺牲桩桩径、桩心距以及牺牲桩与护圈共同作用对桥梁最大冲刷深度的影响,建立了结合局部冲刷安全防护的圆柱形桥墩冲刷数值模型。实验结果表明:在给定的网格划分条件下,大涡湍流模型相较标准k—ε湍流模型计算精度高;牺牲桩的桩径以及桩心距都会影响桥梁最大冲刷深度,在所选取的工况条件下,牺牲桩桩径为0.25 D,桩心距为D时冲刷深度最小;牺牲桩在与护圈共同作用时能够进一步减少桥梁最大冲刷深度。In order to resolve the problems of complex service environment,high scour impact and high protection cost of the current bridge,the safety protection method of local scour of cylinder pier is numerically simulated based on the hydrodynamic analysis method of FLOW-3D software.According to the Melville classic flume experiment,standard k-εturbulence model and large-eddy turbulence model are employed to solve the flow pattern of the water around the cylinder bridge pier and the local scour pattern change of the river bed.Using the large-eddy turbulence model,considering the influence of the sacrifice pile diameter,pile center distance and the joint action with the guard ring on the maximum scour depth of the bridge,a cylinder bridge pier scour numerical model combined with local scour safety protection is established.The calculation results show that under the given meshing conditions the large-eddy turbulence model has higher calculation accuracy compared with the standard k-εturbulence model.Both the diameter of the sacrifice pile and the distance between pile centers will affect the large scour depth of the bridge.Under the selected operating conditions,when the diameter of sacrificial pile is 0.25 D and the pile center distance is D,the scour depth is the minimum;The sacrificial pile can further reduce the maximum scour depth of the bridge when it works with the retaining ring.
