皮敏消胶囊联合抗组胺药治疗慢性荨麻疹的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨皮敏消胶囊联合抗组胺药物治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效与安全性。方法选取100例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组患者给予抗组胺药物(富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊)口服治疗,观察组给予皮敏消胶囊联合富马酸依美斯汀缓释胶囊口服治疗,比较2组患者治疗3个月后的总有效率,治疗前后症状总积分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分和血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、透明质酸(HA)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平及复发率。结果与对照组比较,观察组在治疗3个月后其总有效率较高(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后症状总积分得分比例较低(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分较低(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗3个月后血清5-HT、ECP、HA和EOS水平较低(P<0.05);观察组的复发率为4.00%(2/50),低于对照组的18.00%(9/50),(P<0.05)。结论皮敏消胶囊联合抗组胺药物治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效较好,可提高患者的生活质量,改善疾病相关指标水平,降低疾病的复发率。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Piminxiao Capsules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 100 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into control group(50 cases) and observation group(50 cases).The control group received oral antihistamines drugs(Emedastine Difumarate Sustained Release Capsules),and the observation group received Piminxiao Capsules combined with Emedastine Difumarate Sustained Release Capsules.The total effective rate after 3 months of treatment, the total score of symptoms before and after treatment, the dermatology life quality index(DLQI) score, the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),hyaluronic acid(HA),eosinophils(EOS) and the recurrence rate were compared.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher total effective rate after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).The observation group had a lower percentage of total score of symptoms before and after treatment(P<0.05).The DLQI score was lower in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).The serum 5-HT,ECP,HA and EOS levels were lower in observation group 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [4.00%(2/50) vs. 18.00%(9/50),P<0.05].Conclusion Piminxiao Capsules combined with antihistamines in the treatment of chronic urticaria has good clinical efficacy, which can improve the quality of life of patients, improve the level of disease related indicators, and reduce the recurrence of the disease.
