摘  要:为研究黄河流域风、光、水多能互补开发模式及实现途径,促进流域清洁能源开发利用,根据黄河“几”字弯能源现状、问题和发展趋势,构建了基于风、光、水电、抽水储能多能互补的单元式清洁能源构建模式。结合黄河水沙调控体系规划的黑山峡、碛口、古贤3座水利枢纽工程,依托黄河“几”字弯区域丰富的水、风、光、国土、地形资源,以电源端调控实现稳定输出,提出建设风-光-水-抽水储能多能互补的三座清洁能源基地的构想,替代化石能源,实现节水、减排,有利于解决流域大量化石能源开发带来的高耗水、高污染、高排放等生态环境问题,助力黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展。In order to research the development mode and realization approach of wind,solar and water multi-energy complementary in Yellow River Basin,and promote the development and utilization of clean energy in the basin,the unitary clean energy construction mode for the“Ω”region of Yellow River based on wind,solar,hydropower,pumping-storage and energy storage multi-energy complementary is constructed according to current energy situation,problems and development trend of Yellow River“Ω”region.Combined with the Heishanxia,Qikou and Guxian water conservancy projects planned by the Yellow River water and sediment regulation system,and considering the rich water,wind,solar,land and terrain resources in the“Ω”region,three unitary clean energy bases based on the complementary multi-energy of wind-solar-hydropower-pumped storage are proposed.Three bases can achieve stable power output by regulating the power in source end.The power output of three clean energy bases can replace fossil energy,realize water saving and emission reduction,that is beneficial to solve the ecological environmental problems of a large amount of water consumption,pollution and emission caused by the development of large amounts of fossil energy in the basin,and contribute to the ecological protection and high-quality development of Yellow River Basin.
