摘 要:在国际水电工程中,常需面对国际咨询工程师针对中国标准中岩体抗剪强度参数经验值的质疑,尤其是粘聚力值。国外咨询工程师普遍认为中国规范的建议值过于冒进,基于国外地质工程师的普遍认识较难接受,导致沟通过程复杂且漫长,以致工程设计延期的情况较多。通过对比分析中外规范建议参数的来源、试验方法和取值方法等,查找中外规范的差异原因,并提出应对措施,对同类工程具有较好的借鉴意义。The empirical parameters of rock mass shear strength recommended in Chinese standard are often queried by foreign engineers in the design of international hydropower projects,especially for the cohesion value,that is considered to be too adventurous to be accepted by foreign engineers based on their general understandings,resulting in complicated and long-time communication and explanation process,and more delays in engineering design.To this end,the test methods and value determining methods of parameters recommended by Chinese and foreign standards respectively are compared and analyzed,the reasons for the differences are also analyzed,and then some suggestions are put forward,which has a reference significance for the design of similar projects.
