摘 要:在堆石坝的填筑施工中,有效地控制坝料性质和碾压过程的质量是保证大坝填筑施工质量的关键,传统的人工控制碾压参数和试坑取样的检测方法很难达到水电工程数字化建设管理创新水平的高要求。为此,对心墙堆石坝碾压质量实时监控系统进行了研究,引入北斗差分定位、无线传感、互联网、数据库、BIM等技术,通过信息化手段集成大坝建设过程中的质量、安全与进度诸多数据,以施工工艺为基础研究了碾压遍数、压实厚度等监控指标的计算算法,构建基于BIM的碾压实时监控系统,实现全天候、精细化质量管控,有效提升坝体填筑质量。The effective control of dam material properties and rolling compaction quality is the key to ensure the quality of dam filling construction during the construction of rockfill dams,and the traditional manual control of rolling parameters and test pit sampling detection methods are very difficult to meet the requirements of digital construction management and innovation of hydropower engineering.To this end,the real-time monitoring system for the rolling compaction quality of core rockfill dam is studied.The technologies such as Beidou differential positioning,wireless sensing,network,database and BIM are introduced to integrate the construction data of quality,safety and process together by means of information technology,and the calculation algorithm of the monitoring indicators such as the number of rolling compaction passes and the thickness of compaction is studied based on the construction procedure.Finally,a real-time monitoring system for rolling compaction based on BIM is constructed,that can realize all-weather and refined quality control of rolling compaction and effectively improve dam filling quality.
