习近平法治思想在涉外反垄断工作中的应用——从“维生素C反垄断案”说起

摘　　要：“维生素C反垄断案”是美国对中国发起的反垄断第一案,该案件为中国涉外反垄断工作的开展提供了诸多思考。面对国际国内新形势,中国涉外反垄断工作应全面贯彻习近平法治思想,坚持中国特色社会主义竞争法治道路,在法治轨道上统筹推进国内竞争法治和涉外竞争法治,正确处理政策制定与法律实施、经济改革与竞争法治以及经济发展与经济安全的关系,为构建新发展格局和经济高质量发展提供法治保障。As the first antitrust case initiated by the United States against China,“vitamin C antitrust case”provides a lot of thinking value for the foreign antitrust work of China.Facing the new situation at home and abroad,Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law must be applied in the foreign antitrust work.Besides,the socialist competition rule of law with Chinese characteristics must be maintained,the rule of law in domestic competition and foreign competition must be comprehensively promoted according to the rule of law,and the relationship between policy formulation and law enforcement,economic reform and competition rule of law,and economic development and economic security must be correctly handled,so as to provide legal guarantees for the establishment of a new development pattern and the achievement of high-quality economic development.
