可持续发展视角下人口生育政策调整思路研究

摘　　要：基于人口可持续发展视角,以适度人口理论、人口转变理论为基础,系统梳理人口生育政策的现状和演变进程,及其对国家经济社会可持续发展产生的影响,并提出采取完善生育配套政策,努力提高人口素质,积极应对人口老龄化等措施,及时调整人口生育思路,以期有效应对当前迫切需要解决的相关人口问题,以实现促进人口与经济可持续发展的目标。Based on the theory of moderate population and population transition, this paper systematically combs the status quo and evolution process of population fertility policy and the impact to national economic and social sustainable development. Aiming at realizing the sustainable development of the population, some ideas of adjusting population fertility policy are put forward, such as improving supporting policies, striving to improve the quality of the population, and actively responding to the aging population.
