摘　　要：以静电纺喷丝装置为研究对象,对静电纺喷丝装置进行了技术分类;从专利技术角度对静电纺喷丝装置进行了申请量趋势分析、技术占比分析;对总体申请情况进行了申请人分析、专利类型及法律状态分析、技术来源国及技术目标国分析、主要技术来源国申请趋势分析等;最后着重进行了无针式电纺丝装置的专利技术发展脉络梳理及部分重点专利的解读并提出建议。The technical classification of the electrospinning spinneret is conducted. From the perspective of patent technology, the trend of application and the technical proportion of the electrospinning device are analyzed. On the overall application, the analyses are done ranging from applicant, patent type and legal status, technological source and target country, and application trend of major technological source countries.After examining the development of patent technology of the needleless electrospinning device and interpreting some key patents, suggestions are put forward.
