摘 要:为研究大直径钢管混凝土柱与H型钢梁之间竖向荷载的传力机制,该文基于Winkler地基Timoshenko梁理论建立了可表征节点构造的地基梁模型,给定边界条件,获得了钢梁竖向荷载传递至节点后的荷载分布解析解。与有限元分析结果对比验证合理后,采用该地基梁模型探究了不同节点构造形式对竖向荷载传递的影响,结果表明:相比于仅布置内加强环式构造,内加强环与锚板式组合构造可更加有效地将钢梁竖向荷载传递至内部混凝土,使内部混凝土承担更多钢梁竖向荷载,提高了钢管与混凝土的共同工作性能。由参数分析可知,增大竖向劲板厚度和混凝土强度是提高内部混凝土承担竖向荷载的有效方法;并以此通过多元回归分析,给出了钢管管壁和内部混凝土承担钢梁竖向荷载比例的函数关系表达式。该文研究成果可为大直径钢管混凝土柱-H型钢梁节点设计提供参考。In order to study the transmission mechanism of vertical load through H-shaped steel beam to large dimension CFST column,it proposes a foundation beam model based on the Winkler foundation Timoshenko beam theory,which can represent typical joint configuration.With the boundary conditions,the analytic solution of vertical load distribution is obtained.This foundation beam model is also used to investigate the effect of different configuration on vertical load transmission because of the good agreement between the analytical results and finite element analysis results.It is shown that the composite configuration of the inner-ring plate and anchor plate enables the concrete to bear more vertical load compared with the configuration of the inner-ring plate only.Furthermore,the thickness of the vertical stiffness plate and the concrete strength have a positive influence on the bearing load of the concrete from the parameter analyses;and through multiple regression analysis,the relationship of load ratios of steel tube and concrete is also put forward.It is expected to provide guidelines for the design of the joint with H-shaped steel beam and large dimension CFST column.
