摘 要:为能准确掌握SF_(6)气体绝缘试验变压器内部绕组的温度分布,给变压器结构设计及绝缘寿命评估提供依据,基于有限元法,在COMSOL软件中建立了变压器流场及温度场耦合的仿真模型,得到了绕组的温度分布。研究结果表明,绕组温度分布总体呈现从下往上上升的趋势,最热点位于绕组轴向80%左右位置,局部温度分布不均匀。仿真结果与实际数据吻合较好,表明建模思路的正确性及计算的准确性,对变压器绕组结构设计有一定的参考意义。In order to accurately grasp the temperature distribution of the transformer internal windings in the SF6 gas insulation test, a basis for the transformer structure design and insulation life evaluation was provided. Based on the finite element method, a simulation model of the transformer flow field and temperature field coupling were established in the COMSOL software, and the temperature distribution of the winding was obtained. The research results show that the temperature distribution of the windings generally shows an upward trend from bottom to top, the hottest spot is located at about 80% of the winding axis, and the local temperature distribution is uneven. The simulation results are in good agreement with the actual data, indicating the correctness of the modeling ideas and the accuracy of the calculations, which have certain reference significance for the design of the transformer winding structure.
