乡村振兴背景下农民信息需求与服务工作研究——基于商洛市的调查分析

摘　　要：基于乡村振兴战略背景,以商洛市580个农民为调查样本,采用问卷调查方式对信息需求类型、信息基础设施、信息获取渠道、信息获取程度和信息服务满意度5个方面进行定量调查,利用SPSS软件对数据进行统计,并与2010—2018年的研究结果进行对比分析。结果表明,近10年农民信息需求和信息获取渠道发生了较大变化,现阶段农民信息需求的热点是食品安全和医疗健康,新型农业经营主体从业者对农业生产信息关注度仍然较高,总体对农业生产和政策法规信息需求逐步减弱;多数农民可以自己获得信息,但获得有利用价值信息较少,邻里互通和手机咨询是农民获取信息的主要渠道,技术培训和电视节目获取信息依然重要但明显减少;农民对信息服务总体评价是满意的,对农业生产和子女教育的信息服务满意度较高,对医疗健康和食品安全信息服务基本满意,对社会服务、市场信息和村务管理信息服务满意度较低。在此基础上提出提升农民信息服务工作的建议。Based on the background of rural revitalization strategy,taking 580 farmers in Shangluo city as survey samples,a quantitative survey on five aspects of information demand type,information infrastructure,information acquisition channel,information acquisition degree and information service satisfaction was made by means of the questionnaire,and statistical analysis on the data was made by using SPSS software. The results were compared with those from 2010 to 2018. The results show that farmers’ information demand and information acquisition channels have changed greatly in recent 10 years. At present,the hot spots of farmers’ information demand are food safety and medical health. The practitioners of new agricultural business entities still pay high attention to agricultural production information,and the overall demand for agricultural production,policies and regulations information is gradually weakened. Most farmers can obtain information by themselves,but less valuable information. Neighborhood communication and mobile phone consultation are the main channels for farmers to obtain information. Technical training and TV programs are still important but significantly reduced. Farmers are satisfied with the overall evaluation of information services,highly satisfied with agricultural production and children’s education,basically satisfied with medical health and food safety information services,and lowly satisfied with social services,market information and village management information services. On this basis,some suggestions to improve farmers’ information service are put forward.
