摘  要:以2005—2018年中国30个省份为研究样本,采用非径向非期望产出SBM模型测算各地区的碳排放效率;其次,通过改进的STIRPAT模型分析科技创新对碳排放效率的影响并探究其作用机制。主要结论:(1)2005—2018年中国及东、中、西三大区域的碳排放效率整体呈现不断上升的趋势。(2)科技创新能够显著地提高碳排放效率,西部的科技创新水平对碳排放效率的正向促进作用明显高于东部地区和中部地区。(3)影响机制表明,能源利用效率提升是科技创新促进碳排放效率的重要途径。各地区应该明确未来减排工作的重点方向,提高碳排放效率,实现经济增长与二氧化碳减排协调发展。This paper takes 30 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of China from 2005 to 2018 as research samples,using non-radial non-expected output SBM model to measure the carbon emission efficiency of each region.Secondly,through the improved STIRPAT model to analyze the impact of scientific and technological innovation on carbon emission efficiency and explore its mechanism.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the carbon emission efficiency of China and the eastern,central and western regions as a whole is on the rise from 2005 to 2018.(2)Scientific and technological innovation can significantly improve the carbon emission efficiency.The positive promoting effect of scientific and technological innovation level on carbon emission efficiency in the west is significantly higher than that in the east and central regions.(3)the influence mechanism shows that the improvement of energy use efficiency is an important way for scientific and technological innovation to promote carbon emission efficiency.All regions should make clear the key direction of the future emission reduction work,improve the efficiency of carbon emissions,and achieve the coordinated development of economic growth and carbon dioxide emission reduction.
