摘 要:基于安徽省统计数据,对建设用地碳排放量进行测度,然后运用扩展的Kaya等式和LMDI法对建设用地碳排放驱动因素进行分解,进一步对脱钩效应及其贡献因子进行分析。结果表明:自2000年以来,安徽省建设用地规模以年均4.8%的速度不断扩张,同时,建设用地碳排放以年均12.87%的速度激增,到2019年达到747.23万吨。建设用地碳排放增加的驱动因素按贡献大小排序依次是能源强度、建设用地规模、经济增长和城市人口密度,促进建设用地碳排放减少的因素是产业结构和能源结构。建设用地碳排放与经济增长呈现弱脱钩,对脱钩经济增长努力有效的五大因素按贡献大小排序依次是能源结构、产业结构、建设用地规模、能源强度和城市人口密度。调整能源结构、优化产业结构和调控建设用地规模等可成为未来安徽省抑制建设用地碳排放应优先考虑并重点采取的有效措施。Based on the statistical data of Anhui Province,this paper measured the carbon emission from construction land.The extended Kaya equation and LMDI method was used to decompose its driving factors.Then the decoupling effect and its contributing factors were further analyzed.The results were shown as follows:First,the scale of construction land in Anhui Province has been expanded at an average annual rate of 4.8%since 2000,while the construction land carbon emission has increased at an average annual rate of 12.87%,reaching 7.4723 million tons in 2019.Second,the driving factors of promoting the increase of carbon emission from construction land in Anhui lies in energy intensity,construction land scale,economic growth and urban population density,while the industrial structure and energy structure are the driving factors of triggering the decrease of construction land carbon emission.Third,the construction land carbon emissions in Anhui are weakly decoupled from economic growth.The five factors that contribute to the efforts of decoupling from economic growth effectively include energy structure,industrial structure,construction land scale,energy intensity and urban population density.Adjusting the energy structure,optimizing the industrial structure and regulating the scale of construction land are the priority and effective measures to restrain construction land carbon emissions in Anhui.
