摘 要:二羧基氨基酸表活剂因头基有2个羧基,易受环境因素影响从而改变泡沫稳定性。采用分子动力学模拟方法,从分子层次探究月桂酰胺基丙二酸钠(LMS)、月桂酰天冬氨酸钠(LAS)和月桂酰谷氨酸钠(LGS)3种泡沫体系对pH值和温度的响应特性。通过分析3种泡沫体系的相对浓度分布、径向分布函数、均方位移曲线和表面张力等,发现在中等pH值条件下,表活剂分子间静电排斥作用较弱,且羧基与水分子形成氢键的能力较强,因而泡沫液膜的稳定性最好;温度的升高会加快表活剂和水分子的扩散速率,导致泡沫液膜保水持水能力下降,泡沫稳定性明显降低。研究结果能够为二羧基氨基酸表活剂泡沫的环境响应性研究提供一定的理论指导。The foam stability of dicarboxyl amino acid surfactant is easily influenced by environmental factors due to two carboxyl groups on the head.The pH and temperature responsiveness of three kinds of foam systems of sodium lauroyl malonate(LMS),sodium lauroyl aspartate(LAS)and sodium lauroyl glutamate(LGS)are studied by molecular dynamics simulation.By analyzing the relative concentration distribution,radial distribution function,mean square displacement curve and surface tension of three foam systems,it is found that under moderate pH condition,the electrostatic repulsion between molecules of the surfactants is weak,and the ability of carboxyl group to form hydrogen bonds with water molecules is strong,so the stability of the foam liquid membrane is good.The increase of temperature will accelerate the diffusion rate of surfactant and water molecules,resulting in the decrease of water retention capacity of foam liquid membrane and the decrease of foam stability.This research can provide theoretical guidance for the study of the environmental response of dicarboxyl amino acid surfactant foam.
