摘 要:构建了氮掺杂石墨烯/离子液体复合材料修饰玻碳电极,建立了检测肾上腺素的新方法。通过滴涂法制备化学修饰玻碳电极,采用循环伏安法(CV)对修饰电极进行电化学表征;采用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)研究肾上腺素在修饰电极上的电化学行为;对实验参数如溶液pH值、氮掺杂石墨烯含量等进行了优化。氮掺杂石墨烯/离子液体(1-羟乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐)复合材料对肾上腺素表现出良好的电催化活性,在最佳条件下,采用DPV对肾上腺素进行定量检测,肾上腺素的氧化峰电流与其浓度在3~400μM范围内有良好的线性关系(R^(2)=0.9953),检测限为1.0μM。通过建立的检测肾上腺素的新分析方法可用于实际样品中肾上腺素含量的测定,回收率在95.7%~101.2%之间。We fabricated a nitrogen doped graphene/ionic liquid composite materials modified glassy carbon electrode in order to establish a new method for the determination of epinephrine.The modified glassy carbon electrodes were prepared using drop-coating method.We used cyclic voltammetry(CV)for electrochemical characterization of modified electrodes and studied the electrochemical behavior of epinephrine using the difference pulse voltammetry(DPV).We optimized the experimental parameters,such as pH of solution and the content of nitrogen doped graphene etc.The experimental results showed that nitrogen doped graphene/ionic liquid(1-hydroxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate)composite materials exhibited good catalytic activity.Under the optimum conditions,we used DPV for the quantitative detection of the epinephrine.The oxidation peak current of EP increased linearly with its concentration between 3μM and 400μM and the detection limit was 1.0μM.The new method can be used to detect epinephrine in practical samples,and the recoveries were between 95.7%and 101.2%.
