摘 要:压裂废水含有多种有机物,成分复杂、COD含量高,很难处理到达标排放。本文以TOC去除率为指标,采用Fenton氧化法对涪陵页岩气田的压裂废水进行氧化处理,并通过气质联用(GC-MS)分析对比Fenton氧化前后主要半挥发有机组分的变化,同时对污水中的聚丙烯酰胺进行了富集检测,进一步考察了相应组分的模拟废水的氧化降解性能。实验结果表明,Fenton氧化的最佳条件是:H_(2)O_(2)(30%)的投加量为10mL/L,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O的投加量为380mg/L,pH值为3,在室温下反应1.5h,TOC去除率可达93.6%;Fenton氧化对非极性烷烃、醇类有机物、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)和酸酯类有机物四种模拟液的TOC去除率分别为81.6%、75.8%、71.0%和33.8%,且这四类有机物的氧化性能受污水矿化度的影响。Fracturing wastewater contains a variety of organic substances,with complex components and high COD content,making it difficult to treat and discharge up to the standard.In this paper,the Fenton oxidation method is used to oxidize Fuling shale gas fracturing wastewater,based on TOC removal rate.The changes of main semi-volatile organic components before and after Fenton oxidation were analyzed and compared by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The polyacrylamide in the sewage was enriched and characterized by IR.The oxidative degradation performance of the corresponding components in the simulated wastewater was also further examined.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions of Fenton oxidation are:H_(2)O_(2)(30%)is added at 10mL/L,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O is added at 380mg/L,pH is 3,and the reaction is performed at room temperature for 1.5h.The TOC removal rate is 93.6%;The TOC removal rates of Fenton oxidation for four simulated solutions of non-polar alkanes,alcohol organics,polyacrylamide(PAM)and ester organics were 81.6%,75.8%,71.0%and 33.8%,respectively,and the oxidative performance of the effluent is affected by the salinity of the wastewater.
