摘  要:建立不同产地远志散的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行比较研究,以期为远志散药材品质评价与质量控制提供参考。采用DurashellC_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为246nm,柱温40℃,进样量为10μL。建立了不同产地远志散的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,确定18个共有峰,利用对照品指认了3,6’-二芥子酰基蔗糖、盐酸黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱4个成分,10批远志散样品指纹图谱与对照图谱的相似度均>0.950。建立了远志散HPLC指纹图谱分析方法,该分析方法简单,重现性好,为远志散的质量评价提供参考依据。To establish the fingerprints of 10 batches of Yuanzhisan(YZS)from different producing areas by HPLC.The fingerprints of YZS were established by using Durashell C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)as analytical column;acetonitrile-0.02mol·L^(-1) and potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution in gradient as a mobile phase.The flow rate was 1mL·m^(-1) and the detecting wavelength was set at 246 nm.The temperature of column was at 40°C and the injection volume was 10μL.A common pattern of HPLC fingerprints of YZS was established,18 common peaks were identified,and 4 components were identified by the reference substance.The similarity of YZS samples were all greater than 0.950.The fingerprints of YZS from different producing areas by HPLC were established in this experiment.It can be used to analyze and compare the content of active compounds of YZS.
