摘 要:笔者以高炉渣为主原料开发了微晶玻璃熔块,研究了高炉渣加入量对熔块膨胀系数的影响、ZrO;晶核剂作用以及熔块在复合板烧制过程中析晶行为特征,并试制成功800 mm×800 mm的高炉渣微晶玻璃陶瓷复合板,微晶层主晶相为钙长石,晶粒大小为0.8~2.0μm,复合板性能达到建材行业微晶玻璃陶瓷复合砖标准要求。分析了利用冷态高炉渣制备微晶熔块经济性,讨论了利用热态高炉渣制备微晶熔块的可行性,探索了高炉渣高附加值利用的新技术路径。A kind of glass-ceramic frit was developed mainly from blast-furnace slag,based on the study of the effect of blast furnace slag addition on thermal expansion coefficient of the frit and and the effect of nucleating agent on crystallization of the frit.The trial production of glass-ceramics combined tiles of 800 mm×800 mm was successfully completed.The main crystalline phase of the top glass-ceramic layer was anorthite and the properties of the trial products were good.The economy of producing frit from cold blast furnace slag was analyzed and the feasibility of producing frit from molten blast furnace slag was discussed.The way of high value-added utilization of blast furnace slag have been expanded.
