摘  要:文章通过与武汉市和利时电力科技有限公司交流与合作,对尾车头部料斗部位进行评估、论证并综合治理,在尾车头部漏斗内设计应用其最新研制的头部导流给料匙,悬臂皮带上再安装2套全自动皮带纠偏装置,可保证头部漏斗内无积煤堵煤的问题,悬臂皮带无论旋转至什么位置,导流给料匙都能将煤流柔顺地卸载到悬臂皮带运行的中心位置,悬臂皮带无跑偏、撒煤、漏煤现象,导流给料匙使用寿命长,免维护。Through communication and cooperation with Wuhan Helishi Power Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper evaluates,demonstrates and comprehensively treats the hopper at the head of the tail truck,designs and applies its newly developed head diversion feed spoon in the funnel at the head of the tail truck,and installs two sets of fully automatic belt deviation correction devices on the cantilever belt,which can ensure that there is no coal accumulation and coal blockage in the funnel at the head,No matter where the cantilever belt rotates,the diversion feed spoon can smoothly unload the coal flow to the center of the cantilever belt.The cantilever belt has no deviation,coal scattering and coal leakage.The diversion feed spoon has a long service life and is maintenance free.
