摘 要:针对汽车空压机缸体缸孔加工中可调夹具装夹效率低、间隙不一致而导致装夹偏斜、加工孔与机床主轴不平行等问题,通过优化夹具结构、增设工艺安装板和随行压紧机构等,设计了一种用于汽车空压机缸体缸孔加工的成组夹具。将该成组夹具装在某汽车空压机制造企业的立式数控珩磨机上进行试验,结果表明:使用该成组夹具,一次最少能装夹2个工件,安装效率大幅提高,每件可减少辅助工时60 s,同时能够提高零件的加工精度,满足企业生产要求,对于解决异形零件内孔加工问题具有一定的参考价值。In the current machining process of the cylinder and the cylinder bore of the automobile air compressor, in view of the low clamping efficiency of the adjustable fixture, the fact that only one part can be clamped at a time, the high probability of skewed clamping due to the inconsistent clearance, and the problem that the machined hole is not parallel to the machine tool spindle, etc, a group fixture for machining the cylinder and the cylinder bore of the automobile air compressor is designed. The main measures are the fixture structure optimization, the technology clamp plate increase, and the accompanying pressing mechanism increase, etc. This group fixture is tested on the vertical NC boring and the vertical NC honing machine. The results show that using this group fixture, at least two parts can be clamped at a time, which greatly improves the installation efficiency as well as the machining accuracy of parts, and 60-second-long auxiliary man-hour can be decreased by using each of this group fixture meeting the production requirements of the enterprise and realizing a certain reference value for solving the fixture clamping issue of the automobile air compressor cylinder.
