摘 要:针对目前千斤顶装配过程中,人工拧紧千斤顶导向套的生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种千斤顶导向套拧紧机。对拧紧机夹紧机构、止转机构、拧紧机构进行设计,对夹紧力进行计算,并对导向套预紧过程的应力和应变进行了有限元分析。该拧紧机在某千斤顶装配线中的试用表明:所设计拧紧机能够实现千斤顶导向套的拧紧过程,且平均拧紧合格率为97.5%,工作节拍稳定在80 s内,满足了企业生产要求,为解决螺纹类零件的拧紧问题提供了一种可行手段。Aiming at the low production efficiency and high labor intensity caused by manual tightening of the guide sleeve in the assembly process of the jack,a tightening machine for the guide sleeve of the jack was designed,as well as the structure of clamping mechanism,stopping mechanism and tightening mechanism of the tightening machine,the clamping force was calculated,and the finite element analysis of the pre-tightening process of guide sleeve was carried out.The results show that the tightening machine can realize the tightening of the guide sleeve of the jack,the average tightening pass rate is 97.5%,and the working beat is stable in the 80 s,which meets the production requirements of the enterprise.It has a certain reference value for solving the tightening problems of screw parts.
