摘  要:为提高水田肥料的养分利用率,在圆盘造粒复混肥生产工艺中加入固化黏合因子生产水田长效肥,并对生产的肥料进行浸水稳定性评价。通过固化剂配方筛选、固化剂用量确定、固化剂与黏合剂比例优选实验,得到肥料生产推荐参数,即固化剂中m(硅酸盐水泥)/m(石膏粉)为4,固化剂添加比例为8%,m(固化剂)∶m(黏合剂)为90∶1.5时,其固化效果最好,所制得肥料稳定性最好,成肥效果最优。该肥料剂型能够全面满足水田作物的养分需求,具有显著的浸水稳定性,且生产简单易行,价格低廉。In order to improve the nutrient utilization rate of paddy field fertilizer,the solidification adhesion factor is added into the disc granulation production process of compound fertilizer to produce paddy field long-acting fertilizer,and the immersion stability of the fertilizer is evaluated.Through the selection of solidification agent formula,determination of solidification agent dosage and optimization test of solidification agent and binder,the recommended parameters for fertilizer production are obtained,the mass proportion of portland cement and gypsum powder is 4,and the addition proportion of solidification agent reaches 8%,the mass ratio of solidification agent to binder is 90 ∶ 1.5,its solidification effect is the best,and the stability and effect of the fertilizer is the best.The fertilizer formulation can fully meet the fertilizer requirements of paddy crops,has remarkable water immersion stability,and the characteristics of simple production and low price.
