摘 要:采用连续浸提法及间歇浸提法对传统法喷浆造料制得的磷酸二铵产品进行养分释放实验。结果表明,连续浸提时磷酸二铵产品氮养分释放率在24 h即可达到50%,14 d可达70%,28 d可达80%左右,42 d以后释放率增速放缓且趋于稳定状态;磷养分释放速率初期较慢,14 d时释放率可达60%。间歇浸提时,氮养分累积释放率在4 h即达到70%以上,且不同介质下,氮养分累积释放率无明显差异。The nutrient release test of diammonium phosphate products prepared by traditional spray granulation method is carried out by continuous leaching method and intermittent leaching method.The results show that during continuous leaching test,the nitrogen nutrient release rate of diammonium phosphate product can reach 50% in 24hours,70% in 14 days and 80% in 28 days.After 42 days,the release rate slows down and tends to be stable.The phosphorus release rate is slow in the initial stage and reaches 60% in the 14th day.During intermittent leaching test,the cumulative release rate of nitrogen nutrient reaches more than 70% in 4 hours,and there is no significant difference in nutrient cumulative release rate under different media.
