摘  要:研究以饲料级磷酸氢钙为原料制备磷酸二氢钾的工艺,考察各因素对磷收率的影响。研究结果表明,在n(磷酸)/n(磷酸氢钙)为0.4、磷酸氢钙悬浮液液固体积质量比为5 mL/g、n(硫酸氢钾)/n(磷酸氢钙)为1.0、硫酸氢钾加入时间为0.5 h、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为1.5 h的条件下,获得了磷收率为95.78%的良好指标。该方法成本低、收率高,可为工业上湿法磷酸生产磷酸二氢钾提供参考。The preparation of potassium dihydrogen phosphate from feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate is studied.The effects of various factors on the yield of phosphorus are investigated.The results show that under the conditions of n(H_(3)PO_(4))/n(CaHPO_(4)) of 0.4,liquid-solid volume mass ratio of calcium hydrogen phosphate suspension of 5 mL/g,n(KHSO_(4))/n(CaHPO_(4)) of 1.0,KHSO;addition time of 0.5 h,reaction temperature o65 ℃ and reaction time of 1.5 h,a good phosphorus yield of 95.78% is obtained.The method achieves the effect of low cost and high yield,providing reference for industrial production of potassium dihydrogen phosphate from wet-process phosphoric acid.
