摘 要:针对中低品位磷矿用于湿法磷酸生产存在的问题,通过实验室模拟工业生产的方法,研究采用生产料浆作为底料制磷酸,分析磷精矿粒径对反应结束后料浆指标的影响,并对所得磷石膏结晶进行扫描电镜分析。结果表明,湿法磷酸生产中,采用反应料浆作为底料,所得磷石膏中不溶磷含量较以磷酸作为底料低;当磷精矿粒径发生变化时,适当提高体系游离三氧化硫含量有助于降低磷石膏不溶磷;粗磷精矿所得磷石膏黑色团状物质较少、晶型宽大、均匀,磷石膏不溶磷质量分数低。In view of the problems existing in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid from medium and low grade phosphate rock,the production slurry is studied as raw material to produce phosphoric acid by simulating industrial production in laboratory.The effect of particle size of phosphorus concentrate on slurry index after reaction is analyzed,and the obtained phosphogypsum crystal is analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The results show that in the production of wet-process phosphoric acid,the content of insoluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum is lower than that of phosphoric acid;When the particle size of phosphorus concentrate changes,properly increasing the content of free sulfur trioxide in the system will help to reduce the insoluble phosphorus of phosphogypsum;The phosphogypsum obtained from coarse phosphorus concentrate has less black mass,wide and uniform crystal form,and the mass fraction of insoluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum is low.
