摘  要:湖北钟祥某磷矿原矿w(P_(2)O_(5))为17.60%,w(MgO)为7.50%,为低品位硅钙质磷块岩。依据矿源性质和工艺指标要求,采用正反浮选工艺,正浮选为一次粗选、两次精选和一次扫选作业,反浮选为一次粗选、一次扫选作业。结果表明,该磷矿采用正反浮选工艺流程可获得磷精矿w((P_(2)O_(5)))为31.45%、w(MgO)为1.02%,(P_(2)O_(5))回收率为83.52%的工艺指标。The w((P_(2)O_(5))) and w(MgO) of a phosphate rock in Zhongxiang,Hubei province are 17.60% and7.50% respectively,which is low-grade silica-calcareous phosphorus blocks.According to the characteristics of rock source and the requirements of the process index,the positive and reverse flotation process is adopted,the positive flotation adopts one roughing,two cleaning and one scavenging process,and the reverse flotation adopts one roughing and one scavenging process.The results show that phosphorus concentrate with w((P_(2)O_(5))) of31.45%,w(MgO) of 1.02% and (P_(2)O_(5))recovery rate of 83.52% can be obtained by using positive and reverse flotation process.
