摘　　要：湿法磷酸深度脱氟工序尾气风机叶轮在使用过程中拐角、曲面处结垢较快,引起风机振动,需要经常停机清理或更换叶轮。从叶轮选型及材质方面进行提升改造,改造后叶轮使用周期从3个月以内提升至12个月以上。The tail gas fan impeller for the deep defluorination process of WPA is easy to be attached with scale on the corner and surface,which causes the vibration of the fan and requires frequent shutdown to clean or replace the impeller.The impeller selection and material are improved,and the service life of the impeller is improved from less than 3 months to more than 12 months.
