疲劳试验中应变测量数据温漂的消除方法

摘　　要：疲劳试验应变数据的温漂现象较为严重,影响试验数据的准确性和可信度。本文通过对载荷谱进行分析,提取载荷谱信息,并对试验数据进行后置处理,同时建立温度和应变之间的关系,对应变进行温度补偿,来消除试验数据的温漂。The temperature drift of strain data in fatigue test is serious,which affects the accuracy and reliability of test data.In this paper,the load spectrum is analyzed,and the load spectrum information is extracted.The test data are post processed,the relationship between temperature and strain is established,and the temperature drift of the test data is eliminated by temperature compensation.
