摘 要:针对含脱粘的复合材料机翼下壁板,提出了多钉机械连接的修理方法。为保证压缩载荷的均匀施加,模拟翼肋支持,设计了机翼壁板试验专用夹具,并进行了压缩试验。试验结果表明,修理后结构承载能力满足设计要求。此外,还建立了机翼壁板数值分析模型,研究不同布钉方案对结构承载能力的影响,结果表明,采用的修理方案偏于保守。A repair method of multi pin mechanical connection is proposed for the lower wall panel of composite wing with debonding.In order to ensure uniform compression load and simulate wing rib support,a special fixture for wing panel test is designed.Then,the compression test is carried out,and the results show that the bearing capacity of the repaired structure meets the design requirements.Finally,the numerical analysis model of wing panel is established,and the effects of different repair schemes on the bearing capacity of the structure are studied.The results show that the repair scheme is conservative.
