摘　　要：通过瞬时卸载方式实现岩爆试验是岩石真三轴试验机的一种重要扩展试验功能,而岩爆试验是模拟深部开采过程中开挖扰动诱发的围岩岩爆、大变形等地质灾害的重要手段,进而研究岩石力学领域的岩石体破裂机制和流变效应。为实现上述瞬时卸载功能,本文研制了一种采用永磁式电控吸盘技术的瞬时卸载装置,并将其应用到实际的真三轴试验机中。通过性能和功能验证测试,确定该电磁式瞬时卸载装置完全满足用真三轴试验机完成岩爆试验的使用需求。Rockburst test by instantaneous unloading is an important extended test function of the rock true-triaxial testing machine,and rockburst test is an important means to simulate geological disasters such as rockburst and large deformation induced by excavation disturbance in the process of deep mining,and then study the rock fracture mechanism and rheological effect in the field of rock mechanics.In order to realize the above instantaneous unloading function,a kind of instantaneous unloading device using electric-controlled permanent magnetic chuck technology is developed and applied to the true-triaxial testing machine.Through the performance and function verification test,it is confirmed that the electromagnetic instantaneous unloading device can fully meet the requirements of the true-triaxial testing machine to complete the rockburst test.
