极早熟辣椒新品种衡椒2号的选育

摘　　要：衡椒2号是从衡阳地方品种伏地尖辣椒中发现的变异株,经多代纯化与筛选选育出的极早熟、亮度佳、品质好辣椒新品种。该品种熟性早,植株生长势强,分枝性能好,株高40~43 cm,始花节位6~8节,果实膨大快,坐果能力强,从定植至始收45 d左右;果实牛角形,商品成熟果深绿色,生理成熟果鲜红色,果实纵径15.0 cm,果实横径约2.3 cm,平均单果质量18.7 g;果表光滑,辣味中等,肉厚质脆,风味好,品质优良,果实Vc含量179.35 mg/100 g(FW),可溶性糖含量3.43%;抗病力强,田间对炭疽病、疫病、病毒病的抗性强于对照品种伏地尖。一般每667 m^(2)前期鲜椒产量1060 kg左右,总产量1700 kg左右。适应性广,适合长江流域进行早春及秋延后设施栽培。Hengjiao 2 is a new pepper variety with very early maturity,which was selected from a mutant of the Fudijian pepper found in the field and bred for many years.Its first flower appears at the 6~8^(th) node.With medium spicy and good flavor,its fruit is horn-shaped,dark green in commodity fruit stage,and bright red in physiological mature stage,smooth in surface,15.0 cm in length,2.3 cm in width,and 18.7 g in weight.Its preliminary yield is about 1060 kg per 667 m^(2) and total yield is about 1700 kg per 667 m^(2).The contents of Vc and SSC in fruits are 179.35 mg/100 g(FW)and 3.43%,respectively.With strong fruit-setting and fast fruit expansion,it can be harvested about 45 days after planting.It shows high resistance to anthrax disease,blight disease,viral disease,and is suitable for cultivation in the Yangtze River basin in early spring and late autumn under protection.
