摘  要:冬瓜是重要的葫芦科蔬菜作物,但我国冬瓜遗传基础比较狭窄,诱变可快速创制种质资源。通过EMS诱变冬瓜品系‘DZ163’,获得了一系列突变体材料,增加了冬瓜基因的多样性。经筛选获得4个稳定遗传的冬瓜突变体材料:瓜长变短、瓜色变浅(高类黄酮)、植株整株黄化(温敏黄化)、多卷须,分别在果形发育调控、次生代谢、光合效率、栽培模式等方面具有潜在的应用价值,为冬瓜遗传机理研究及新品种选育提供了基因资源。Wax gourd is an important cucurbit vegetable crop.Although China is the secondary origin,the genetic base of wax gourd is narrow.Mutagenesis can rapidly create germplasm resources.A series of mutants were obtained by EMS mutagenesis of wax gourd strain'DZ163'in this study with the aim to increase the genetic diversity of wax gourd.Four stably inherited wax gourd mutants were obtained after screening,which included shorter fruit length type,lighter fruit color(high flavonoids)type,whole plant yellowing(temperature-sensitive yellowing)type,and multiple tendrils type.These mutants not only have potential applications in the studies of fruit development regulation,secondary metabolism,photosynthetic efficiency,and cultivation patterns,respectively,but also can provide genetic resources for wax gourd breeding.
