基于健康扶贫的传统保健体育项目在贫困地区的普及程度及认知现状分析——以都安瑶族自治县为例

摘　　要：目的:调查并分析在健康扶贫政策影响下,传统保健体育项目在贫困地区的普及程度及认知现状。方法:采用随机抽样法,通过问卷调查广西壮族自治区都安瑶族自治县的533例居民。对483人的有效问卷调查显示,居民的学历、职业及其关注度是传统保健体育在地区的普及度及认知现状的影响因素。结论:传统保健体育项目在都安瑶族自治县的普及率较低,应加强传统保健体育方面的宣传和推广。Objective:to investigate and analyze the popularity of traditional health sports in poverty area under the influence of health poverty alleviation policy.Methods:through random sampling method,questionnaires are sent to 533 residents in Du’anyao Autonomous County of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Of the 483 valid questionnaires,residents’educational level,occupation and attention are the influence factors affecting the popularity of traditional health sports.Conclusion:The promotion rate of traditional health sports in Du’anyao Autonomous County is low,so the publicity and promotion of traditional health sports should be strengthened.
