烟嘴用醋酸纤维素的回收及TG-FTIR联用表征

摘  要:烟用过滤嘴加工过程造成部分醋酸纤维素的浪费,将其有效回收不仅可以节约资源还能创造经济价值。使用无水乙醇提取回收了烟嘴用醋酸纤维素(CA)边角料中的三乙酸甘油酯,并考察了提取时间对回收率的影响;测试了提取前后回收CA的乙酰基含量,使用傅里叶红外光谱仪及TG-FTIR联用对回收CA以及处理后的CA进行了表征。结果表明:提取时间为20 min时可实现回收CA中的三乙酸甘油酯完全提取;处理后的CA乙酰基含量符合烟用醋酸纤维素标准,实现其重复利用。提取前后CA的热分析表明:CA的起始分解温度随乙酰基含量的增加而升高,分解产物中有乙酸、水、一氧化碳和二氧化碳等。Part of cellulose acetate is wasted during the processing of cigarette filter,recycling it effectively can not only save resources but also create economic value.In this work,using anhydrous ethanol to extract triacetate glyceride in cigarette tip with cellulose acetate scraps(recover CA),the optimal extraction time was explored,and the acetyl group content of recovered CA before and after extraction was tested.Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and TG-FTIR were used for characterization.The results showed that:The glyceride triacetate in reclaimed CA could be completely extracted by anhydrous ethanol extraction in 20 min,and the content of triglyceride was about 10%.the content of acetyl group still conforms to the standard of cellulose acetate for tobacco and can be reused.thermal stability of CA were basically the same before and after extraction,the initial decomposition temperature of CA increased with the increase of acetyl group content,and the decomposition products were acetic acid,water,carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
