摘 要:青蛤作为我国沿海地区的重要经济型贝类,具有广阔的养殖和消费市场。对青蛤个体进行解剖及形态观察,探究双壳贝类贝壳形态及贝壳与组织之间的作用方式。结果显示,在外部形态观察中,发现青蛤具有圆形且左右对称贝壳一对,通过铰合部及韧带连接,内有数目不等排列不一的异齿型绞合齿;在内部结构观察中,解剖软体部发现,内包含有外套膜、足及内脏团,其中外套膜在青蛤组织连接中起到承上启下的作用,并分化出闭壳肌;鳃与外套膜及内脏团直接连接在一起;内脏团顶部为斧足,受足收缩肌控制完成运动;外套膜和闭壳肌通过生物粘附机制完成了与贝壳的有机相—无机相连接,并在贝壳内面留有外套线、外套湾和闭壳肌痕等机体痕迹,达到在壳内固定软体部目的。通过详细探究青蛤的形态、组织间连接方式、组织与贝壳间的连接方式,认为外套膜在青蛤组织生长过程中起到了至关重要的作用。该研究可为双壳贝类形态及解剖学提供并补充可靠资料。Cyclina sinensis,as an important economical shellfish along the coastal area of China,has a broad breeding and consumption market.In this study,anatomical and morphological observations of the clam C.sinensis were conducted,including the morphology of bivalve shells and the interaction between shells and tissues,hoping to provide reliable information for the morphology and anatomy of the clams.The results showed that in the observation of external morphology,the C.sinensis had a pair of round and symmetrical shells,which were connected by hinges and ligaments,and there were different numbers of heterodentate twisted teeth in it.In the observation of internal structure,the edible part was dissected and found to contain mantle,foot and visceral mass.The mantle played a connecting role in the tissue connection of clam,and differentiates into adductor muscle.The gills were directly connected with the mantle and visceral masses,which belonged to the true valve gill type,belonging to a relatively mature evolutionary type in the class Bivalvia.The top of the visceral mass was axe foot,and its movement was controlled by the contractile muscles of the foot.The mantle and adductor muscle were connected with the shell through the bioadhesive mechanism(the connection between the organic phase and inorganic phase) with many traces on the inner surface of the shell,such as pallial line,pallial sinus and adductor muscle marks,so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the edible part in the shell.The study has explored the morphology,connection between tissues,and connection between tissues and shells of clam C.sinensis.It is believed that the mantle plays a crucial role in the process of tissue growth in the green clamand.This study hopes to provide and supplement reliable information for the morphology and anatomy of clams.
