摘 要:为解决目前深海网箱水产养殖人工投饵存在的劳动强度大、喂料不均匀、投饵量难控制以及适应环境能力差等问题,拟合出本地大黄鱼的生长模型,并通过模糊控制系统,设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏的深海网箱自动投饵远程控制系统,实现了深海网箱水产养殖多点位、定时、定量精确投饵。同时基于远程控制网关,实现了技术人员对PLC的远程维护和调试,解决了养殖人员难以对饵料投放远程控制和监测方面的问题。A control system based on PLC and HMI for automatic feeding of deep-sea cage was proposed in this paper,which can solve the problems of high labor intensity,uneven feeding,difficult control of feeding amount and poor ability to adapt to the environment.Also the growth model of the local pseudosciaena crocea was fitted and the fuzzy control system was designed,so as to realize multi-point,timing,quantitative and accurate feeding.Meanwhile,the remote maintenance and debugging of PLC could be realized by the remote control gateway,and the problem that it was difficult for aquaculture personnel to remotely control and monitor the feeding of bait was solved.
