英国高校体育组织发展历程、实践经验及现实启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料、历史分析等方法,探寻英国高校体育组织的发展历程,分析其实践经验以及对我国高校体育组织的现实启示。英国高校体育组织的发展可划分为初步形成期、快速发展期、深度融合期和稳步推进期。实践经验:秉承业余伦理,鼓励全体参与;强调体育自治,注重责任培养;弘扬志愿精神,实施行动计划;淡化商业氛围,促进全面发展;立足体育传统,体现开放包容。现实启示:提升参与范围与规模,推进校际体育竞赛改革;完善协会组织目标,拓宽协会服务职能;加强志愿服务建设,促进志愿文化发展;坚守赛事商业理性,挖掘赛事文化与功能;重视民族传统体育传承,扩大赛事宣传与交流。By using the methods of literature review and historical analysis,this paper explored the development course of university sports organization in Britain,analyzed its practical experience and realistic enlightenment to university sports organization in China.The development of university sports organization in Britain can be divided into initial formation period,rapid development period,deep integration period and steady advancement period.Practical experience:They uphold an amateur ethic and encourage participation by all,emphasize sports autonomy and pay attention to responsibility training,carry forward the spirit of volunteerism and implement the action plans,dilute commercial atmosphere and promote all-round development,and base on sports traditions and refl ect openness and inclusiveness.Realistic enlightenment:We should enhance the scope and scale of participation and propel the reform of intercollegiate sports competition,improve the organizational objectives of the association and broaden its service functions,strengthen the construction of volunteer service and promote the development of volunteer culture,adhere to the commercial rationality of events and excavate the culture and function of the events,and attach importance to the inheritance of Chinese traditional sports and expand competition publicity and communication.
