后疫情时代奥林匹克运动改革趋向与启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料法等,对《奥林匹克2020+5议程》进行解读。认为:更团结,共识危机下奥林匹克运动的必然追求;数字化转型,科技时代下奥林匹克运动的必由之路;可持续性,社会发展中奥林匹克运动的应然选择;公信力,信任危机下奥林匹克运动的现实之需;经济与金融弹性,环境多变下奥林匹克运动的必要举措为后疫情时代奥林匹克运动改革趋向。启示:践行人类命运共同体价值观,以丰富多元的形式推动“团结”实践;发展数字体育,实行传播媒介多路并进;加强体育赛事遗产开发与利用,助力可持续发展;高标准严要求做好办赛过程监督,推进体育善治;拓宽办赛收入来源,扩大提振效应。By using the method of literature review,this paper interprets the Olympic 2020+5 Agenda and holds that:More unity is the inevitable pursuit of the Olympic Movement under the crisis of consensus,digital transformation is the only way for the Olympic Movement in the era of science and technology,sustainability is the natural choice of the Olympic Movement in social development,credibility is the realistic needs of the Olympic Movement under the crisis of trust,and economic and financial resilience is a necessary measure for the Olympic Movement in a changing environment.Enlightenment:We should live up to the values of building a community with a shared future for mankind to promote solidarity in diverse ways,develop digital sports to carry out multi-media development,strengthen the development and utilization of sports heritage to promote sustainable development,supervise the process of organizing the games with high standards and strict requirements to promote the good governance of sports,and broaden the source of income to expand the boost effect.
