现代政党演进逻辑中的中国共产党:世界体系视角的解释

摘　　要：英国率先完成的工业化所带来之坚船利炮,把全球各国纳入同一资本主义-帝国主义世界体系。在强大的体系化力量、机制作用下,各国均出现了现代政党;但因各国处在不同的世界体系之“位”与工业化之“时”,其政党形态和制度大相径庭,较有代表性的是英美政党、德国社会民主党、苏俄布尔什维克党和中国共产党。它们在意识形态、组织化水平、政党制度等方面各不相同,但可由现代世界政治体系动态演进的统一逻辑予以解释。中国共产党生成于这一体系之中,在时间、空间两个维度上均处在世界政党演进之中点上,因而足以成为政党学研究之基本方法。The strong military power brought by the UK’s first industrialization have brought all countries in the world into the one capitalist imperialist world-system.Under its strong systematic forces and mechanisms,modern political parties have emerged in all countries,but their forms and systems are very different,because every countries respectively located in different“position”of the world-system and the different“time”of industrialization.The most representative parties are the British and American political parties,the German Social Democratic Party,the Soviet Bolsheviks and the Communist Party of China,which are differ significantly in ideology,organization level and party system,but their formation can be explained by the unified logic of the dynamic evolution of the modern political world-system.The Communist Party of China was born in this world-system,and located at the midpoint of the evolution of political parties in the world in terms of time and space,so it is enough to become the basic method of political party research.
