摘  要:目的 研究将增强现实(AR)技术应用于住培医师脊柱外科手术学教学中的作用与效果。方法 选取60名,2020年6月—2021年1月期间,本院的脊柱外科手术学住培医师,采用随机数表法进行对等分组,获对照组(共30位住培医师)、研究组(共30位住培医师),对对照组住培医师应用传统教学,而对观察组住培医师应用AR技术(处于传统教学的前提下),比较两组最终的结果。结果 (1)研究组的教师的总体满意率100%,与对照组教师的总体满意率50.00%相对比明显较高(P<0.05);(2)研究组的考核总成绩(92.90±6.88)分,与对照组考核总成绩(75.30±1.92)分相对比更高,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);(3)研究组的住培医师的总体满意率96.67%,与对照组住培医师的总体满意率80.00%相对比更高,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 住培医师脊柱外科手术学教学工作中,应用AR技术能够改善住培医师的总体满意率、教师的总体满意率,并提升住培医师的考核总成绩,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective To study the effects and functions of Augmented Reality(AR) technology in the teaching of spinal surgery.Methods Sixty doctors were selected from our hospital during June 2020 to January 2021.Using the random number table method for peer grouping,the control group(a total of 30 scheduled doctors) and the research group(a total of 30 scheduled doctors) were selected,traditional teaching was applied to the prescribed training physicians in the control group,and AR technology was applied to the prescribed training physicians in the observation group(under the premise of traditional teaching),and the final results of the two groups were compared.Results(1) The overall satisfaction rate of the teachers in the study group was 100.00%,compared with the control group,the overall satisfaction rate of 50.00%was significantly higher(P<0.05).(2) The total examination result of the study group(92.90±6.88) points,compared with the control group,the total examination result of(75.30±1.92)points was significantly higher(P<0.05).(3) The overall satisfaction rate of the regular-training physicians in the research group was 96.67%,compared with the control group,the regular-training physicians of 80.00% was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of spinal surgery,AR technology can improve the overall satisfaction rate of the doctors and the teachers,and improve the total scores of the doctors,which can achieve more ideal effect.
