摘 要:针对输入串联输出并联(ISOP)组合电源系统在故障检测和定位较原来的单模块系统变得更为困难这一问题,提出了一种适用于ISOP电源系统的故障诊断方法。该方法只需采样各电源模块输入侧电压,在不涉及相应模块的内部工作参数的条件下完成故障诊断。具体实施过程是根据输入端分压电容在与其相并联的模块发生短路或断路故障时产生不同的电压变化趋势和变化速度,建立故障数学模型以及故障判断阈值,由ARM实时采样输入电容电压值及变化规律判断是否有故障发生及故障类型。通过仿真和实验验证,该故障诊断方法响应速度快、故障诊断准确率高,可以应用于输入串联输出并联电源系统的故障检测和系统维护中。The problem that the fault detection and location of the input series output parallel(ISOP)combined power supply system is more difficult than that of the original single-module system is focused,and a fault diagnosis method suitable for ISOP power system is proposed.This method only needs to sample the voltage on the input side of each power supply module,and complete the fault diagnosis without involving the internal working parameters of the corresponding module.The specific implementation process is first to establish the fault mathematical model and the fault judgment threshold according to different voltage change trends and speeds of the input voltage divider capacitor when a short circuit or open circuit fault occurs in the module connected in parallel with it,and then real-time sample the input capacitor voltage value through ARM,and then determine whether there is a failure and what type of failure it is according to the status of vahle change.Through simulation and experimental verification,the method has the advautase of fast response speed and high accuracy,and can be applied to the fault detection and system maintenance of the ISOP power system.
