摘 要:传统依赖人工进行电力操作和复验的调度模式效率低且安全性无法得到保证,无法适应规模日渐庞大且复杂的电力系统。为此,对智能操作票管控系统进行研究,对系统的功能应用以及硬件架构进行设计,重点阐述了系统指令操作安全性和智能操作防误性这两项核心特性。最后,通过案例详细介绍了系统在信息安全认证、操作票智能化成票以及防误性检验方面的应用情况,充分展示了该系统对于保障电网的安全稳定运行的有效性。The traditional scheduling mode which relies on manual operation and retest is inefficient and can not guarantee the security, which can not adapt to the increasingly large and complex power system. Therefore, the intelligent operation order management and control system are studied, the function application and hardware architecture of the system are designed, and two core characteristics of the system are focused on, operation safety and intelligent operation error prevention are commanded. Finally, through case study, the application of the system in information security certification, intelligent operation order and error proof test is introduced in detail, which fully demonstrates the effectiveness of the system for ensuring safe and stable operation of the power grid.
