摘 要:为降低球团矿的生产成本,本文基于氧化性球团生产工艺,研究巴卡粉和巴西混合粉两种烧结富矿粉细磨后作为球团矿生产原料对球团质量的影响。结果表明:细磨后,两种富矿粉的静态成球性指数低于一般的球团精矿粉,其分别为0.72和0.53;且随着使用占比的增加,造球需水量逐渐增加,合格生球的落下强度逐渐提高;不同焙烧温度下,两种富矿粉的固结强度与一般球团精矿粉存在差异,当焙烧温度超过1300℃后,其固结强度出现劣化;当巴西混合粉和巴卡粉的使用占比分别达到20%、30%后,生球的爆裂温度均明显降低。综合考虑球团爆裂温度、成品球强度和还原性能,细磨烧结富矿粉的使用占比可控制在30%以内。In order to reduce the production cost of pellet,the effect on pellet quality of two rich ore powder for sintering,Baca fines and Brazilian mixed fines,is investigated after grinded as raw material for pellet production based on oxidative pellet production process.The results show that,the spheronization of these two rich ore powders are lower than those of general pelletizing concentrate powder after grinding,and their static spheronization indices are 0.72 and 0.53,respectively;and with the increase of the use ratio,the water required for balling gradually increases,and the falling strength of qualified fresh pellet gradually improves too;the consolidation strength of the two rich ore powders differs from that of general pelletizing concentrate powders under different roasting temperatures,and when the roasting temperature exceeds 1300℃,the consolidation strength deteriorates;when the use of Brazilian mixed fines and Baca fines reached 20% and 30%,respectively,the bursting temperature of fresh pellet significantly reduces.Taking into account the pellet bursting temperature,finished ball strength and reduction performance,the use of finely ground rich ore powder for sintering can be controlled to within 30%.
