摘 要:为了提高喷吹燃气混合的均匀性,确定合理的喷吹管结构参数,本文运用Fluent数值仿真软件,对燃气喷吹系统进行建模和流场仿真,分析不同喷吹速度(30、40、50 m/s)、喷孔角度(0°、30°、60°)和管间距(500、600、700 mm)对料面燃气峰值体积分数和喷吹范围的影响。研究结果表明:双孔喷吹时,随着速度的增大,料面燃气峰值体积分数、喷吹范围逐渐增大;随着喷孔角度的增大,料面燃气峰值体积分数逐渐减小,喷吹范围逐渐增大;随着管间距的增大,料面燃气峰值体积分数和喷吹范围均先增加后减小;在300~500 Nm^(3)/h喷吹量下,优选的喷孔角度为60°,管间距为700 mm。新技术成功应用于中天钢铁工业现场后,当喷吹总流量为300 Nm^(3)/h时,吨矿固体燃料消耗量减少2.8 kg。In order to improve the uniformity of gas injection mixture and determine the reasonable structural parameters of the injection tube,Fluent numerical simulation software is used to model and simulate the flow field of the gas injection system,and analyze the effects of different injection speeds(30,40,50 m/s),injection hole angles(0°,30°,60°)and tube spacing(500,600,700 mm)on the peak volume fraction of gas at the sintered material surface and the injection range.The results show that:with double-hole injection,the peak volume fraction of gas at the sintered material surface and the injection range gradually increase as the speed increases;with the increase of the angle of the injection hole,the peak volume fraction of gas at the sintered material surface gradually decreases and the injection range gradually increases;with the increase of the tube spacing,the peak volume fraction of gas at the sintered material surface and the injection range first increase and then decrease;at 300~500 Nm^(3)/h injection volume,the preferred injection hole angle is 60°and the tube spacing is 700 mm.After the new technology is successfully applied to the industrial site of Zhongtian Iron and Steel,the solid fuel consumption per ton of mine is reduced by 2.8 kg when the total injection flow rate is 300 Nm^(3)/h.
