摘 要:为了改善红土镍矿烧结料层透气性,本文通过研究制粒水分和时间、圆筒混合机转速及润湿时间对制粒性能的影响,得出适宜的强化制粒条件;同时,为了进一步改善料层透气性和烧结性能,在强化制粒的基础上进行布料工艺优化,并且揭示相关机理。结果表明:与基准相比,强化制粒料层透气性指数由0.233提高到0.347;同时,烧结性能大幅提高,成品率、转鼓强度、利用系数分别由68.69%、51.73%、0.77 t/(m^(2)·h)提高到72.53%、56.80%、0.84 t/(m^(2)·h),固体燃料消耗由147.10 kg/t下降到143.68 kg/t。在采用分层分级布料方式之后,强化制粒混合料料层的透气性指数由0.347提高到0.418;同时,烧结性能显著提高,成品率、转鼓强度、利用系数进一步提高到75.14%、63.47%、1.08 t/(m^(2)·h),固体燃料消耗下降至132.01 kg/t。In order to improve the permeability of laterites sinter bed,the effects of granulation moisture and time,cylinder mixer speed and wetting time on the granulation performance are researched to get the suitable conditions of granulation process enhancement;meanwhile,in order to further improve the permeability of laterites sinter bed and sintering performance,the fabric process optimization is carried out on the basis of granulation process enhancement,and the related mechanism is revealed.The results show that:compared with the baseline,the permeability index of granulation process enhancement is increased from 0.233 to 0.347;meanwhile,the sintering performance is improved significantly,and the yield,drum strength and utilization coefficient are increased from 68.69%,51.73% and 0.77 t/(m^(2)·h)to 72.53%,56.80% and 0.84 t/(m^(2)·h),while the solid combustion consumption is decreased from 147.10 kg/t to 143.68 kg/t.The permeability index of the mixture layer of granulation process enhancement is increased from 0.347 to 0.418 after the adoption of the layered graded fabric method;meanwhile,the sintering performance is improved significantly,and the yield,drum strength and utilization factor are further increased to 75.14%,63.47%,1.08 t/(m^(2)·h),and solid fuel consumption is decreased to 132.01 kg/t.
