摘  要:随着天然块矿在高炉中使用占比的逐渐升高,其热裂指数的评价显得愈加重要。本文通过一系列试验提出高炉冶炼条件下块矿热裂指数评价的新方法,并探索样品粒度、反应气氛、反应温度和时间4个因素对块矿热裂行为的影响机理。试验结果表明:(1)块矿标准热裂后,内部存在大量裂纹,并有局部聚集的情况,此部分极易在高炉内挤压摩擦而形成粉末,这一过程形成粉末的能力即为块矿动态热裂指数;(2)块矿动态热裂指数试验最佳参数:样品粒度为20~25 mm,反应温度为900℃,还原气氛,反应时间为60 min;(3)块矿A和B的标准热裂指数(DI_(-6.3 mm))分别为11.27%及6.10%,而依据上述试验条件测试得到块矿A和B的动态热裂指数(DI_(-6.3 mm))分别为18.31%及15.35%,二者相差不大。As the proportion of natural lump ore used in blast furnace is gradually increasing,the evaluation on its decrepitation index(DI)becomes more and more important.In this paper,a new method for evaluating the heat cracking index of lump ore under BF ironmaking through a series of experiments is proposed,and the influence mechanism of such 4 factors including sample particle size,reaction atmosphere,reaction temperature and time on the decrepitation behavior of lump ore is explored.The results show that:1)after the standard decrepitation of lump ore,there is a large number of cracks inside with local aggregation,this part is very easy to form powder by extrusion and friction in the blast furnace,and the ability of this process to form powder is the dynamic DI of lump ore;2)the best parameters for the test of dynamic DI of lump ore:sample particle size is 20~25 mm,reaction temperature is 900℃,reducing atmosphere,and reaction time is 60 min;3)the standard heat cracking indices(DI_(-6.3 mm))of lump ore A and B are 11.27% and 6.10%,respectively,while the dynamic heat cracking indices(DI_(-6.3 mm))of lump ore A and B are 18.31% and 15.35%,respectively,based on the above test conditions,which are not significantly different from each other.
