摘 要:本文以1~4级电场除尘灰作为研究对象,对水洗处理后原始灰样的粒度分布、元素组成、化学组分的晶体结构、可溶盐组分的存在形式等进行测试,并分析析晶形貌,讨论不同电场除尘灰化学成分、比电阻的变化规律。结果表明:除尘灰中的Fe主要以Fe_(2)O_(3)的形式存在、K主要以KCl形式存在,还有少量的NaCl存在;当电场级数从1级增加至4级时,除尘灰的+100μm的粒级占比从37.58%降低至2.13%,比电阻从3.84 kΩ·cm增大至101.1 kΩ·cm;水洗去除了4级电场除尘灰中4.51%的K和2.05%的Na,粉尘比电阻从101.1 kΩ·cm降低至13.41 kΩ·cm。The 1~4 grade electric field fly ash is taken as the research object in this paper,the particle size distribution,elemental composition,crystal structure of chemical components,and the presence form of soluble salt components of the original ash samples after water washing treatment are tested,and the crystallization morphology is analyzed to discuss the variation law of chemical composition and specific resistance of different electric field flash ash.The results show that the Fe in the fly ash is mainly in the form of Fe_(2)O_(3),K is mainly in the form of KCl,and a small amount of NaCl is also present;when the number of electric field stages increases from 1 to 4,the percentage of +100μm particle size in the fly ash decreases from 37.58% to 2.13%,and the specific resistance increases from 3.84 kΩ·cm to 101.1 kΩ·cm;when 4.51% K and 2.05% Na are removed by water washing from the 4-stage electric field fly ash,the specific resistance of dust decreases from 101.1 kΩ·cm to 13.41 kΩ·cm.
