摘  要:为解决湛江钢铁煤气精制单元产出的废脱硫剂返烧结资源化利用问题,通过化学成分、XRD、热重分析等研究废脱硫剂的各项理化性能,并进行相关烧结杯试验及工业生产实践,研究废脱硫剂对烧结矿产、质量及烟气排放指标的影响。结果表明:废脱硫剂中的S主要以单质形式存在,Fe以硫化铁、氧化铁、硫酸铁三种形式均匀存在;废脱硫剂在低于135℃时较为稳定,高于该温度会相继发生结晶水脱除和单质S氧化反应;废脱硫剂与烧结原料进行预混后以0.01%~0.10%配入混匀矿进行生产,烧结矿的产、质量和烧结烟气排放均可以达标,能够实现废脱硫剂全部回收利用。In order to solve the problem of resource utilization of waste desulfurizer returned to sintering from gas refining unit of Zhanjiang Iron and Steel,the various physical and chemical properties of waste desulfurizer are studied by chemical composition,XRD and thermogravimetric analysis,and relevant sintering pot tests and industrial production practices are conducted to study the effects of waste desulfurizer on quantity and quality of sintering ore and flue gas emission indices.The results show that the S in the waste desulfurizer mainly exists in the form of monomers,and the Fe exists uniformly in the form of iron sulfide,iron oxide and iron sulfate;the waste desulfurizer is more stable below 135℃,and above that temperature,crystalline water removal and simple substance S oxidation reaction will occur successively;the waste desulfurizer is premixed with the sintering raw materials and mixed into the blended ore at 0.01%~0.10% for production,and the quantity and quality of sinter and flue gas emission can be up-to-standard,and all the waste desulfurizer can be recycled.
