摘　　要：葛花解酲汤出自李东垣的《脾胃论》,是温阳健脾、分消酒湿的代表方,多用于治疗“酒伤”类疾病。文章通过辨析葛花解酲汤所治“酒伤”类疾病的病机、阐述该病机下常见的临床表现、剖析方药间配伍意义,以对其进行全面的方证释义,从临床运用和相关实验研究出发,对其研究现状进行概述,就目前研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行分析和思考,以期进一步拓宽其在临床中的运用范围,为后期的研究提供新思路和新方向。Gehua Jiecheng Decoction,originated from Li Dongyuan s the theory of spleen and stomach,is the representative prescription of Warming Yang and invigorating spleen and dispersing wine dampness,which is mostly used to treat“wine injury”diseases.This paper first analyzes the pathogenesis of“wine injury”diseases treated by Gehua Jiecheng Decoction,expounds the common clinical manifestations under the pathogenesis,and analyzes the significance of compatibility between prescriptions,so as to make a comprehensive interpretation of prescriptions and syndromes.Then,starting from the clinical application and related experimental research,it summarizes the research status.Finally,the existing problems in the current research and future research direction are analyzed and thought about,in order to further broaden the scope of its clinical application,and provide new ideas and new directions for future research.
